When can you change tariff with Singlepoint (Phones4U)? Im using far more texts that I though I would and not as many voice minutes. Id rather get a lower tariff with more free texts than fork out more for a text bolt on. Im guessing its 3 months but thought Id ask here as I will get more sense than if I walk in a Phones4U and ask.

as far as i remember you are able to change the tariff as long as the price doesnt go down, within the first 3 months.
i.e. they will not let you go onto a cheaper tarif in that time but afterwards you can do what you want.
my ex had this problem but it was approx 9 months ago so maybe wrong/might of changed.

Anyone from that company of wasters and rip-off merchants care to admit to being a member?
