I do not really remember much about what he did at the time but i was young. I do remember the execution though.
I read a book on him some time back and then watched this movie.
It is really horrific, they portrayed him as this evil sexual deviant murderer which he was, worringly he looked and acted pretty much like Joe average most of the time - but the movie makers did it in such a way not to glorify or trivialise and it left me feeling quite sick. He was a cold ruthless sadistic man. The film is worth a watch although is quite graphic and my other half found it distressing.
Not for the faint hearted

I agree, i watched it Sunday night, it's pretty gruesome.
I wanted to see more about the case, escapes etc, but it was one just horiffic death / rape after another.
The violence was definatley over the top, designed as shock value rather than having to put too much hard work into developing the mindset of Ted on screen.
All in all, worth a watch, but be warned the wife/chick will be all over you all night, looking for a cuddle and reassurance

Not a new film at the flicks, just recently out on DVD, dont think it made the flicks.
I'd have to agree witht the above posts, quite graphic in places and left the missus feeling quite disturbed.
Film even included genuine news reports and pictures which was quite supprising.
What happened this film is SICK!
Daz.

Just watched it, agreed with the too much focussing on the rapes/deaths and not enough on the case itself.
Certainly graphic, but not overly so. Good movie, he was definitely one sick puppy.
