Happened on monday morning and and am still in agony [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] Although I've got a history of back trouble I've never experienced owt like this
On really strong pain killers (damezepam or sumamt like that) don't seem to be doing much good though [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]
Just thought I'd share this with you as I'm bored (off work ) If this has happened to anyone else you'll know how I feel.

yep, took me a week to get over it, on the 4th day i had to get to the physio, took me 20 mins to get into my car, and 20 mins to get out when i got home fookin agony, I feel for you
