I just rang the DVLA to order a new V5, it went so smoothly I almost fell off mi chair

I was ready for battle, I really did think it was gonna be a knightmare, question after question, DNA samples, the lot! All they asked were a few simple questions, reg no, name and addy, that was it, I should recieve it in 5 days, for free too!!!!!

Now if only everyone else was the same, further to being locked out of my egg account, for security reasons I got locked out of my TSB online account last night....I forgot my memorable fingy

Nah, its 5 days before you'll receive the DVLA stool sample container required for all documentation

I had to get a replacement V5 from them as well.
Just provided the details, all went as smooth as yours Bob.
As you say ,I was surprised how easy it went.

I can't believe it, it arrived this morning and it's even the right one!
