Any ideas for a fancy dress party?
#1
Got a fancy dress party this saturday and I need a costume. HELP!
At the moment my backup plan is a gangster, easy to do. just need a suit, hat, cigar.
But I really fancy going as something a bit more funnier.
A mate said go as the men of the bounty advert (the men dressed up as ladies demostrating that bounty is a tough kitchen roll) but being six foot 3 and size 11 feet its quite hard to get a dress and a pair of ladies shoes.
Any one got any ideas? remember its this saturday.

If you like Detectives then go as Dick Traceyn. Just make sure you get the words the right way round when asking for the outfit though as you probably get arrested otherwise
On a serious note why not go as a 60's gangstar complete with trifle shooting gun and wide brimmed hat.

If you want a real laugh you can go dressed as one of my favourites - did this when I was about 22 and didn't have the body for it - infortunately I do now !!!!!
SUMO WRESTLER
What a ******* laugh - especially when I went in the pub for a pre-party drink with Tina Turner (my MALE mate ).
Get a big belt and two pieces of black sheeting and start wrapping it around your bits. Grease back your hair and stick two chopsticks throught the back crossing over each other)

Easiest fancy dress costume I ever made was last Hallowe'en when I went to a party as Jack from "An American Werewolf in London"
Fake blood (from joke shop)
Fake scar tissue (also from joke shop)
Old jacket (from charity shop)
Old rucksack (we all have one lying around somewhere)
Pair of old scruffy jeans
Took about half an hour, cost about £10 and looked fantastic. Someone at the same party had actually made a Ghostbusters backpack out of wood, complete with flashing light circuit powered by a 12v battery. Must have taken him days to make.
