Need some help

Bought myself a motorola t720i just over a month ago on orange, now I dont really like the phone. Can you see it being a problem if I go into carphonewarhouse and say I want to upgrade the phone, I know I will pay the upgrade cost just fancy a Nokia 7210 or something.
Will them let me or do I have to wait for the year to be up

Cool

They'll be perfectly happy to sell you an upgrade, but bear in mind that 'cos you're only a month into your contract, you'll pay a hefty upgrade price.

You'll pay for the phone any way PLUS the upgrade fee (probably £75 or so). IF you wait till 12months are up the upgrade will normally be free.

Some phone operators have different upgrade costs depending on how much you spend per month.
