Turned on my radio today at ten past eleven, turned it off again precisely 8 seconds later, I head the words Shout, Bangin and Posse in one sentence which was enough and it went straight back off again

Maybe I am too old for it at 32 and more Radio 2's target Audience but does anybody actually buy this drivel, it sets my teeth on edge so if I was ten years younger would it not sound so pathetic and inane.

erm, in a word, no. Garage is just about the worst thing to ever happen to the dance music scene. It used to be good when it was called speed garage and had some orginality and good production values, but now its the UK version of american gangsta rap where the whole point of the evening is to stare people out on the dancefloor to proove how much of a rudie you are, followed by a rip on the crack vial in the bogs whist the drive by shooting goes on outside.
If I could put every moschino and burberry clad garage head and tune at ground zero and throw a daisy cutter down their throats then I would be happy and the world would be a better place.

I kin hate them, god only knows how and why they ever got on our airwaves...prolly due to the unique way the BBC is funded It winds me up soooo much when the say Burnienum and Nottienum instead of Birmingham and Nottingham, FFS I'm from Yorkshire and I can pronounce them properly!!!

Actually having said that, I do quite like them, I say quite like them, I mean like them.....when I say like them, I tolerate them.... actually no, instead of listening to them I'd rather peel a layer of skin from my entire body using only a rusty tattie peeler, then smear myself with tommy sauce, then I'd cover myself with chips, lie on a pier in the baking sun whilst being pecked to death by disease ridden seagulls
