Seems to flood when hot and i accelerate hard??

PLEASE HELP ME.
MY95 wagon with full decat, boost controler set at16psi, lifter set @ 18psi, fssh, just serviced with 10/60 castrol oil, new coil packs, 15000 miles on plugs.
When i drive when the car has been cold from the set off, let it warm up (4 miles) then drive it hard it goes like a dreem, but as soon as it's got hot and i put boot it after going steady its all clogged up and feels like it's either flooding or the rev limiter is intermitedly coming in. If you just keep driving hard it eventualy starts to drive properly again. This is very frustrating when you get stuck behind someone and then try and overtake.
Please can anyone shed any light on it.

shiper, what decat have you got? I get a similair thing on my 93 WRX. If I nail the throttle in one go it 'holds back' but if i'm progressive with the throttle it pulls clean as a bell. I think I read somewhere it may be to do with the open neck downpipe letting the gases out too quickly? Is that why peeps are doing the splitter mod to their downpipes?

I've put a magnex full decat on 15000 miles ago with high flow panel filter and it seems ok. Lifted boost also to 16 psi and reset computer, run on optimax all the time and goes f**king superb.Must be plugs. Just got a new set today as last sets been in for 18,000 miles (NGK'R') so hope its ok now.
