Best protein powder/mass gain product
#1
I've just restarted the gym after an absence due to injury.
What are the most palatable drinks/bars for protein intake? Maximuscle seems a big player in the market or is it all hype?
I don't expect miracles from these products just a helping hand.
Thanks
Roger

I Swear by maximuscle too.
I take MM Creatine (£40) usually for 3 months, then month and a half off.
i always take MM Promax 2 shakes a day. Thats the best intake or protein.
Theres also Progain but thats mixed with carbs, which is why i take promax instead. Which is roughy £20 for amonths worth.

personally I have tried most of these and they don't work any better than what I use now..
Try mixing dried milk powder ie Marvel or similar with skimmed milk then count your protein intake!!!!!!
This is a very cheap way of upping your protein intake
