Syncing Nokia 6210 with Palm m505

Hello,
I want to sync my entire Phone Book and Or Diary between my Palm and Nokia over IR.
Are there any apps that do this?, I can do it 1 record at a time using the standard stuff. from phone or palm, but I suspect there may be a Palm App that does the job, in fact I really only need to go palm to phone, not the other way.
Any Ideas. (other than a load of searching the web)
