What do you eat in a day???

Today (and in fact all week now) I've had
- Nothing for breakfast
- Nothing for lunch
- 2 pints of caffreys in the evening (7pm) and a healthy options type microwave meal
Tonight though I had two bananas and 3 pints
I must weigh about 14-15 stone at the moment I want to lose a bit. I have this gorgeous slim girlfriend and I don't want to look like the odd couple
I know this is not the best way to to diet - but it's working I just get so hungry during the day. But I find it's easier not to start eating until the evening, otherwise once I start I can't stop.

I class myself as being a greedy sod but fortunate not to put weight on, what do you eat in a day and how heavy are you?
Yesterday I had:
Sausage, tomatoes, beans, toast
Pasta, cheese sauce brown cob
Chicken burger, chips, salad
4 x stella
tuna sarnie
pack of snacker jacks
Today I have / will eat:
Sausage, Egg, Tomatoe Cob
Chillie con carnie and rice
Probably a sarnie around tea
Pizza tonight after Jackass
Dont really pick much in between just have big meals maybe some chocalate.
11 1/2 stone ish

1.5 litre of Ice coffee, 40-45 cigarettes, McVitties cookies(a big pack), two dishes of pasta,half a pack sliced bread,1 litre of coke and a dish of boiled rice.

I used to work with a right gannet, 2 lunches, 2-3 choc bars during the day. He was 18 when he started, used to brag about not putting on weight, a year later he used to walk in the office sideways

breakfast cereal with skimmed milk
rice cakes
pasta and steamed vegetables or pasta and chicken
more rice cakes
baked potato with tuna and sweetcorn or more pasta or stir fry...
multi-vitamin supplement
calcium supplement
some random supplement to deal with the excessively dry skin that eating so little fat is causing - not working so far
It varies a bit, but that's a typical day.

Packet of crisps - hula hoops - original flavour
Dinner:

Half pack of Sainsbury's BGTY caesar salad with croutons, parmesan cheese and dressing (Probably not too good to yourself really!)
Plus throughout the day a few Cadbury's "hot shots", but not too many.....

Thus far I have eaten / drunk :

9:45 - an After 8 Mint!
11:30 - Satsuma...
Plus 1 1/4 litres of water.
....that's as far as I have got. As for the rest of the day, I have no idea.

Breakfast: 4 pieces of toast
Lunch: sandwich and 2 bananas
Supper: huge meal with a few rounds of bread
Weight:- 12 and a half stone of pure Fanny Magnet. Come get it girls. LOL

so far Today (up till 3pm):
1) Coco pops + milk for breakfast
2) get to work and eat a "golden grahams" cereal bar
3) 10am have a bag of roast beef monster munch crisps
4) at 10:15 decide to eat toffee crisp too.
5) toffee muffin at about 11:30
6) 3 rolls at 12:30, then off to the pub
7) 2x garlic mushroom + dips (starters) at the pub
8) Peperami when i get back to office @ 2:15
9) and i am currently gobbling a Muller Crunch Corner yoghurt
And i'm still a lanky git

2 packets of really strong S&V Peanuts
6 onion rings
1 pint of miller
1 pint of milk
3 coffees
4 ginger nut biscuits
4 pints of water
And the Dr told me I have high blood pressure & pulse rate!
No breakfast

9.30 large bowl of alpen type cereal pint of blue top milk.
12.30ish Tuna,mayo,pasta,sweetcorn mix in sandwich box 12"x6"x5 deep.1/2 Pint of blue top milk.
5.00 1 large chicken,with a bowl of rice,about half the amount of my buttie box.1/2 pint of blue top.
9.30 4xpoached duck eggs on 3xtoast,1/2 pint of blue top.
I did eat/drink between meals 2 bottles of lucozade,cream egg,protein bar and 2 nutri grain bars.
This is a typical weekday menu,changes include fish,instead of chicken,ie tuna steaks or poached salmon.
Weekend are a bit of a shambles,chippy tea,pizzas,burger king etc,and Sundays always MASSIVE trad Sunday lunch
