I believe all have interconnecting Coaches. "Airbus" or something.
Gatwick to heathrow would be... Gatwick express to centre London then Heathrow express out. maybe 1.15 hours approx

Yes, there are connecting Airbus coaches between them all. They also now all have rail services. However using these means a trip into central London, then a tube across London before catching the next train.
I would stress the need to leave plenty of time to make the journey between Londons airports. The coach services are reliable, and run to time, as long as the traffic is as expected. However don't forget all these coach services are using the M25 and therefore significant traffic delays have to be built in, particularly if you will be travelling in the rush hour.
Just look at the delays there have been this week following the accident at Junction 9.

Luke, it's Stansted, Stanstead's 20 miles away, and that might cause confusion
Re Stansted, the train service is good when it's working properly, and crap when it isn't (and it frequently isn't )

Jon in answer to your question, the easiest airport to get to Heathrow from is Gatwick. There is a direct connecting bus between the two airports, its called Speedlink or something like that. It takes about 45mins -1 hour. HAve a look at www.baa.co.uk for details.
