Anybody going south bound today 9.10am (2/9/01) just before Luton turn off on the M1 ?

Some poor person was laying in the center lane just underneath a bridge . Not a nice sight to behold driving by at 30 mph .
The Police had only just arrived too .

Just wondered if anybody had any idea what happened .

Sounds like a jumper - not all of that unusual Im afraid. One of my collegues has tried 'crossing' several times

sounds like either a hitchhiker tried crossing, or maybe the person jumped off the bridge.
