He only had 4 months to prepare, but maybe you do a little research before you post comments like that.
If you did youd probably find he was achieving top 3 stance in competitions anyway.

Tel im fine! i didnt take anyones advice it was painful. Rested next day and it seem to have disppeared touch wood

Neeeeeeeeeeeeet........I know but I felt that it needed an airing.
Personally I think it looks awful. It puts strain on the joints andheart and when you gettoo old to maintain the training you go all saggy. IMO
Still, each to their own.

Actually I think pre-longed steriod use *does* increase heart size, there have been many documented cases of BBs having enlarged hearts thru 'roids
