Our server is up 24/7 but...

a) has lots of custom maps and a few custom bits on it (voice packs etc)

b) has a weird lag problem at times, even though the box isn't running flat out.

Saying that, if we're getting stuffed at half time i might have to come and take out my fustration on a certain ut playing manure fan.

Which server are we using? Will there be passwords?

I have all of the maps from Chris' server. Can't seem to find the map vote, but I think I have downloaded it from a previous internet game.

I have a fast PC, a good graphics card, all the maps downloaded and fast internet connection! The only excuse I have now is my own personal, lack of UT skills!!!

map vote downloads as you go in - its about 100k max

first "hint" - if you want to know where the quad damage or shield belt is on any level, follow mark khan

second "hint" - if you want to be on the winning team for CTF, ask chris b what side he's playing for...

third "hint" - if lee's doing well, the only comment you make is "aimbot"

Server seems to be a little bit, erm, flaky tonight.

Has it caught the seem disease as ours?

apologies guys. A few disconnects early on and a lot more later. Turns out that the bandwidth provider is making changes to routing tables, moving stuff over to fibre and generally making a "its back..its gone..its back..argghhh" with the networking.

Will be sorted soonish so next week should be fine.
