Basically i have so many passwords etc for the internet i keep forgetting them, getting them wrong etc.Apart from changing them to the same one(where possible) or keeping a list in notepad, has anyone any clever/cool ways of dealing with this...ie a password protected pop-up,or something.

Might sound a bit basic but..
copy them on to a word doc and make a shortcut onto your desktop
or
what I do is in each email back confirming passwords etc, move the replies into a 'passwords' folder.

Yeah, save it on your computer so that hackers can get to them easily!
If they're important (bank account pwd's etc.) then write/store on paper somewhere safe.

I've got a prog called RoboForm. Integrates with IE and basically remembers any page you fill in with usernames and passwords. When you then open that page again it just autofills it (you can also password protect your passwords if required - only one password to get at all your passwords).
You can backup all the passwords very easily so there's no danger of losing everything. It also has a form filler that will auto-enter all your delivery info, addresses and even credit card stuff for mail order. Only problem is it makes it far too easy to end up buying loads of stuff off the internet!
Highly recommended and Freeware/Shareware too
