Could baloons be used to distrupt the camera view?? Ie some one stands holding a very large bunch near the camera pole. He isnt selling them.so cant be done for trading etc???

erm, I think you need to take some more water with it mate 
This is almost up there with "what if I take a picture of the street when it's empty, then pin it in front of the camera"

About 13% or something voted for Ken out of the entire population of London, or so the website that someone posted yesterday says. haven't got the link, can't be bothered.

If my dogs crap in the street I clear it up other wise can get a big old fine, ok no problems, but if a horse has a crap, which is the size of a small dog & no one clears it up & no one says a thing, perhaps we should have a horse sh1te charge, then up grade it to a bullsh1te charge think how much money can be made !!
