außerhalb Deutschland bei Vorkasse (Europa) Euro 15,90
Paket wird versichert verschickt und Rechnung mit Mwst liegt bei.

Which I think means:
Prepayment by cash or Mastercard, delivery address in Germany: Euro 6.90
COD, delivery address in Germany: Euro 8.90 + Euro 1.53 fees
