As well as forking out £200 to stop my 306 XSI being towed away and scrapped, I've just been told I've been caught doing 44mph in a 30 zone, and I wasn't even in the Scoob. Is there anyway I can request the photo or some kind of proof that I was doing this speed?

You can certainly request the photo from the police, and the details/copy of certificate of the last time the camera was calibrarted, they have to be calibrated every so often.

Isn't that withholding evidence? (maybe I've jsut watched too much TV)
If you employed a barristed how could he be expected to prepare your defence without full access to all the evidence?
