Should say also that under freq/voltage control, it does offer CPU host/PCI speed of 133/33 - I currently run at 106/35. Is CPU host the same as FSB?? I admit to being more than a bit puzzled.

Thanks for the link. However, I am still confused. My processor manual does not include 133/266FSB, but the board website suggests it does as does the BIOS, but this article suggests that KT133 doesn't (mine) but KT133(A) does. Any ideas - or I might just end up going for the fastest 200FSB chip before they go obsolete!

Motherboard manuals are normally always out of date. I had some fun recently after rebuilding my PC. It would power up, beep 4 times then power down. Okay I thought, I'll refer to my motherboard manual to see what the four beeps mean..........surprise, surprise it wasn't in their. So at work I went to Abits website for support. After going through several pages I found out that my version of my BIOS will shut down my PC if no fan tachometer signal is detected on FAN1 header. I had my CPU fan plugged into FAN2 header. So the moral is the story is motherboard manuals are cr@p
Anyway, your correct in saying the KT133 chipset supports 100/133 FSB while the KT133A supports the new 266FSB.
John, My friend is running a 1.4Ghz 266FSB Athlon without any problems on his KT133 motherboard. As far as I know the new Athlon 266FSB just means the CPU is capable of utilising the new 266FSB while being still backward compatible with 100/133 FSB.
