HELP!! Computer hit by virus

I'd really appreciate assistance from one of you techies.
My PC has a virus called W98.Levi.3205 which has had the effect of killing my e-mail.
I've run Norton which tells me that the following files are infected:
C:WINDOWSCOMMANDSULFNBK.EXE
C:WINDOWSOPTIONSCABSCONTENTCDCACHE.EXE
C:WINDOWSOPTIONSCABSV3SETUP.EXE
C:WINDOWSOPTIONSCABSLTREMOVE.EXE
C:WINDOWSSYSTEMIE4UINIT.EXE
Have tried re-installing W98 but to no avail.
Can anyone offer a solution??
Any help greatly appreciated.

PS Do bear in mind that my technical knowledge is precisely zero!
