Oh dear me.

'A High Court judge has called on the government to restore the payment of state benefits to asylum seekers until he passes judgement in six test cases. Already the six test cases alone had cost taxpayers £200,000, he added. '

Looks like even our own courts don't back up our own government.

yes:

Home Secretary David Blunkett said after the judgment: "We are deeply concerned that the High Court has found against the Home Office and we will be appealing against the decision, with the Attorney General taking the appeal on behalf of the Government."

Just seen on the news all claimants are to receive State Benefits. My god this madness. Brace yourselves for tax increases and the whole of the world coming over in the back of Lorries.

Do you think that if they looked a little more like...Oooh I don't know, lets say Scandinavians, we'd be more welcoming? Just a thought....

Hmm..

Not only has she managed to elude the detention camps, but she was granted full citizenship. WTF?? Why hasnt the BNP caused an uproar about this like they usually do??????

MP John Gummer's comment on the above case:

"Clearly Miss Martin was not treated as a person, but someone took the view, 'oh well, this is just another case'."

Interesting double standards coming from a former Tory minister

Seems like double standards to me. I wonder, is there an ulterior reason to this? Come on, you're the alleged lawyer here, if an Arab were to do the same thing, would he get the citizenship as easily as that?

edit: I have a feeling that your next reply is going to make you look stupid shrek. Accusing me to be in the BNP is libelous btw and if you do not retract it, you may be liable..

Thats not what you told us last time. You're chaning your story again. First your lawyer and now not a lawyer then you're accusing me of being a member of the BNP by calling me BNP man when I'm totally opposed to it. Can't you keep to one story please? Makes it easier for the rest of us to follow..

Now before you derail the topic, what are your views on this woman who's managed to allude the immigration authorities for several years yet now managed to get herself a citizenship. Now I'm gonna ask you, what would happen if say an Arab did the same thing? Would he get the same treatment Shrek?

I said i did a law degree which does not make you a lawyer. You are changing the story.

'what are your views on this woman who's managed to allude the immigration authorities for several years yet now managed to get herself a citizenship.'

That is a stupid comment to make since she has been here since the age of 2 without ever going out of this country and has her family here. Common sense must prevail and if you cant see that then there really is no hope.

'Now I'm gonna ask you, what would happen if say an Arab did the same thing? Would he get the same treatment Shrek?'

Yes if the same circumstances occurred then common sense must prevail again.

Jesus anyone can see this. Try harder to derail the thread Katana pls!!
