I seem to go past loads of these. Is it something to do with reversing sensors?

Usually the rigs are wired up to prevent theft and "foreign" objects getting in amongst their pay loads and mentioning to authorities "assylummmm pleeezee"

I've also noticed violet/blue lights on the dashboards of lots of trucks, what's that all about ?

yer'll get a strong k band readin off modern tractors too - they use radar to calculate areas of fields and stuff.
police driver trainin cars do the same, as does the occassional fire engine. still tryin to work out why they would plough fields tho
