I was using Skytalk to get cheaper calls, but they decided on Saturday that I was over a credit limit (which they plucked out of the air and didnt tell me) so they ceased the service. This month was less than the previous two ???
Anyway, called them, most helpfull BUT accounts are run by Sky. Called them, they said they had to request a limit increase, held for over 90 minutes (their freephone) gave up. Called back, asked to speak to a manager, operator contacted them and they refused to talk to me, and then refused to give me the managers name.
Bit pissed off by now. Called back, asked to be put through to accounts, they then informed me that it has to be done on paperwork and takes 48 hours minimum. (Its still not fixed). As to speak to accounts manager, told "THEY DO NOT HAVE PHONE, ENAIL OR FAX!!!!"

So, can anyone suggest a better service that will run on top of my BT account. Need to stay BT due to ADSL order.

Thanks and beware if you use the service, get the limit raised before they suspend service.

Hi Nigel,

Not quite sure what tariffs Sky are offering, but have you considered NTL ?
