Have you checked "message centre number" should be +447973100973

Help, I have an ORANGE pay as you go Ecrisson A2618s mobile, that is now refusung to send any text messages....it was working fine until last week...it starts to send it but after a second or so it fails with "Error sending Message, saved in Unsent"

I have tried everyting to get this working again, even a master reset but no Joy.

It recievs txt just fine, and has over £50 credit on it......Why Why Why???????

Any help much appreciated......

What does the message centre do? Is it a helpline number?? It looks like a mobile number to me.....Do I send a test message to it?

TIA.....Dr Hu - not very clued up on mobile phones...

On your phone go to Menu > Messages > Settings > Message Centre Number and check it is as above, failing that contact Orange customer services and they can update your SIM card remotely
