(PS2) PS2 DVD Goes Multi-Region ? No Mod Needed

Datel has released information on DVD Region X, which allows PAL PlayStation 2 owners to watch multi-region DVDs.
For a cool #19.99, DVD Region X is said to allow users to run import DVD movies on a PAL PlayStation 2. You just plug the X-Key cartridge into the memory card slot and load the Region X CD and off you go. No more waiting for months for a UK release of your favourite films.

Now I can borrow all my mates DVD's :-)

 

Or you can ask Techtronics to modify your PS2 which allows multi-region and RGB output for movies (as well as games):
