In between applying for US citizenship and playing war games with his best buddy Dubya and generally neglecting this country he "cough" governs he has found time to be in the Simpsons 
.
Now why go an ruin a perfectly good TV show with that big eared ****, could he be a new character?? answers on a post card.
My guess is he will replace Smithers you can see the similarities (Smithers/Burns = Blair/Bush)
