How good are MESH computers

Mesh always get good marks in magazines for the equipment they provide.
I bought a pc from them a few years ago.
The graphics card [MGA Millenium] refused to work with some applications.
The pc crashed a lot resulting in my taking the unit back, having it rehuilt and upgrading motherboard and chip, changing graphics card and sound board.
Customer service was ok. My argument was that I shouldn't have had to be calling them and returning my equipment.
No additional charges were incurred.
If the pc works when you get it home you won't be too upset with it.
The one I bought now resides at my sisters house and is used by her kids.

Had a similar experience with my parents machine crashing a lot over the last couple of months. Customer service was less than OK but my mother is a legal secretary and kept hassling them.
They've now got a nice shiny new PC of a far better spec than they paid for.
As with everything, you get some that just won't work properly......
