That's a bit harsh. There are plenty of blokes out there with big guts and no one bats an eyelid! Before you think I'm one of these 'bloaters', I'm not! I just think that it's quiet sad that you feel you are in a position to comment. Bet you're no oil painting yourself!!!!!

I actually find that a lot of blokes look after themselves pretty well.As for women,there's a lot of "fit" middle aged women out there,just check out your local Morrisons/Sainsbury's

When Im workin lates I get in the gym at about 9.30-10.00am,I see loads of fit middle'ish aged women on the machines and in the keep fit classes,after they have done thier school runs.
So there are plenty of fit middle aged women out there,you must be lookin in the wrong places.
