Unworkable.
First of all, how do you rate them for tax.
Would a lady with an orifice the size of the Grand Canyon get a reduced rate where she with the eye of a needle is put into the luxury tax bracket?
And for the male stars. If taxed by the inch and making a 7" tool a luxury tax qualifier where 10" and over is SuperTax, nobody would earn anything!
