A friend needs insurance for an R1, unfortunately a year ago he dropped his bike whilst at a petrol station, broke some fairing, so claimed for the 500 quids worth of damage, and now can't get insured cos he has made a claim.
Hes 25, riding since 17.
Anybody got any suggestions for insurance companies that he could call for this?
Cheers, Alex

ps Alex can you get your "tinters" to get hold of me as it's all gone quiet on their side and I have no contact details.

I'm with H&R (Aberdeen or somewhere - odd 'cos I'm in Berkshire but I digress..). They were the cheapest for me when I informed them of all my mods... on a Blade.
Don't have the number but they advertise in the back of the bike mags/MCN.

Get your m8 to give Bennets a go, They've picked me and my bike up a couple of times after I've been attcked by various vehicles and have never even mentioned loss of no claims or payment. Plus they were the cheapest by far.
