If I was the father of the child killed in this accident, I would kill the toe-rag, NO BUTS!
Personally, jail is too good for him! He should have had his legs chopped off the first time, this is the only way he would have never driven again.

I can't believe he only did a year for the first one, hopefully somebody will make certain he's physically incapable of driving a car again whilst he's inside[img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

The system desperately need an overhaul.
This kind of thing where offenders are released to repeat crimes is getting out of hand.
(He looks like that girl from the Playstation adverts a couple of years back)

This kind of thing where offenders are released to repeat crimes is getting out of hand.
We've tryed deportation and that backfired: they keep beating us at cricket.
So what can be done? I honestly don't know.
The fact that he's pleaded guilty to all 6 charges is something that hints to me that he's suffering mentally, and repentent. I'm thankful he didn't try to argue any of the charges.

FFS it gets much better than this useless ****** killing somebody behind the wheel of a car before.
Have a look at his previous convictions, 89 yes that is right 89 previous convictions for driving offences including two Life bans from ever getting his licence................
No wonder the police knew who did it. The only reason that toe rag has pleaded guilty is he is hoping to use it in mitigation to get a reduced sentence for an early guilty plea. Its certainly not from any feelings of remorse.
