Gaining Mass

Alright there ,
Im lookin too put mass on rather than strenght but dont want to get slower in movement, what are the best exercises to do as im 9 1/2 stone and bout 5ft 6.
Any help would be appreciated

search the other threads
essentially use compound movements with free weights:
- deadlifts & variations (e.g sldl)
- bench press
- military press / push press / ohp
- squats
- rows
- chins
all are proven mass builders, especially in the 6-10 rep range if you're not concerned about strength.
get a decent bodypart split going, train hard, eat plenty of clean food throughout the day (minimum 5 smallish meals, preferably more), get protein from a wide variety of sources and rest plenty.

I have successfully been gaining mass for a while, but unfortunately my movement has been lost to the extent that I can only just manage to sit on the settee, open cans, dial pizza and flick the telley without assistance
