....at least that is what I thought had happened when I came home form giving a mate a hand with a couple of jobs this morning !
< taking of BIG and HEAVY boots >
but they wont do it again !!!
< places big and Heavy boots on the floor >
The busturds can just sleep on the cold fookin floor of their shed !! (they also burst the hot-water-bottle and threw it 3/4 of the way up the tree in the background !!!)
Anyone want to buy a couple of Boxers ??

Paul,
How can you be
LOL
Gotta love them really
When I was younger and living with parents, we came home to discover that our two Newfoundlands (all 18 stone of them ) had decided to have a tug of war with what seemed like every scatter cushion in the house.
Foam and filling everywhere.
Parents not amused. I thought it was fecking hysterical

Came home once to find that my Alsation had chewed everything in the kitchen, and eaten about 6 Garlic bulbs- a full string of them
Talk about dog breath.
And you defo needed to be downwind when he went for a cr*p:
I have fond memories of him doing one about 40 feet downwind of a gang of kids standing in a shop doorway. Their comments to each other had me in stitches, until one of them said "Omigod, it's that dog. What's it been eating???"
Nearly cracked me up:
Alcazar

It was 2 cushions they used to sleep on. (think they got the tase for foam after destroying a pair of slippers yesterday !)
As for the boredom !! We used to have just one and when she was left in one of the bedrooms she destroyed the door and carpet (despite £100's -literaly- spent on toys) so we tried the kitchen however the door and carpet suffered the same way AND she managed to turn the hob on !! It was burning all day !! I could just imagine the guys from my old station pulling up to my house on fire !!!
I would not give them the run of any area of the house as it is now twice the destructive power !
As for the fence !! In a way you are right, note the freshly dug soil around the bottom of each section ! the wee one is a digger so I have had to take the pannels off again ! Considering graveling the lot and not bothering with the decking and re turffing
A friend has just come round with her 2 Boxers and all 4 of them have made a b-line for the stuffing and were flinging it everywhere !
Cue foam filled dog **** !!

methinks you must be doing something wrong then.
ours when a pup used to trash a room if you closed her in one, but give her two or room to move around and shes fine.
close her in somewhere and its license to chew anything.

The older dog suffers greatly from seperation anxiety(sp) We got her at 1yr old and she was used to having other dogs and people around all day. Trust me, she is better than she used to be
and with the wee one it is just a case of 'monkey see, monkey do'
My knowledge of the breed is v. good indeed and my GF does alot of work with dog trainers however we have been unable to help the big'un get over this prob (the fact the dogs are spoiled rotten doesnt help in the slightest however my GF cant help herself)
They enjoy it out in the garden (as the CCTV proves) However they are Boxers and as such can be a bit boysterous !!
My GF wants another one !! Bigger house me thinks !

We found our boxer only does this when she's either shut in somewhere (once got herself stuck in the kitchen and trashed it) or if shes scared/bored etc.
We let her have the run of the hall/steps + landing etc when were out and she's been great! nothing chewed (not even the shoes in the shoe rack next to her!) <touch wood!>.
