Anyone know of a nice cheap UK site where I can order a few AA batteries for my digital camera?

I know of 7dayshop - but are there alternatives?

I searched the net for rechargable batteries and 7dayshop was by far the cheapest.

Digi cameras tend to use high output bateries. 1500ma and up. I tried normal rechargables and they only lasted minute before needing a rest. Jessops do their own range that are pretty good. These ones are excelent

Make sure you get NiMhs not NiCads - no "memory" probs with NiMhs.

Cheers

Mike

PS I get mine from Jessops, but I get trade discount - £4.00 for 4 AAs or £7.00 incl a charger

BuRR,

Get some Fuji 1600mAh Ni-MH rechargeable ones (although the may do some 1800mAh ones now). My digi cam takes 4 of the little ******* , so I bought 4 sets. The cost around £5 for two, so aren't the cheapeast but they're the best I've tried.

I bought some cheap sh!te from B&Q and they don't even last for a quarter of the time of the Fuji's.

I charged all 4 sets before I went on holiday in the summer and they did me for two weeks and over 600 photos in the Czech Republic. That reminds me, I need to get a compact portable charger.

Stefan
