Has anyone who has this service been sent an email from freeserve?
It looks like the service is going to change and the new monthly charge will be £12.99. At them moment I am paying £9.99 a month to freeserve and that includes unlimited internet access and also up to £10 worth of national and international phone calls.
Has anyone managed to get through to freeserve and ask them whether this new service they are providing also covers up to £12.99 worth of phone call as well as the unlimited internet access?
I cannot get throught at the moment, I suspect loads of people have the same question to ask!
Can anyone provide any further details if you have been lucky to get more info from freeserve?
