I saw some kind of gadget in the Innovations catalogue that did this. Cant remember the details im afraid.
You prob get a free set of incontinance pants and those sandals that "perform like trainers" free with every order.

Sorry, Ill get my coat.
Just had a peek in the catalogue and its for working a remote control from a different room. Allows you to have a remote in the bedroom which controls the appliance in the livingroom. I presume its some kind of Radio frequency thing. Anyway, it doesnt do anything about the picture signal though.
There is bound to be something out there though. Maplins perhaps?

Digisender from Argos, £70 i think. I use one and it's great works right through the house, through 2 4" thick walls (it's a bloody old house !)
Can even use the remote for the video with it, and i think it works for Sky too

A Video Sender is what you need.
they can transmit on a frequency you set in,and you can watch sky etc in every room. The picture when using them is very good.
Story:my mate lives a few houses away and was tuning in his new tv and came across a sky channel? He didnt have SKY!!!It was from my video sender!!!!!
Only came to light when he was watching a film and i turned over the channel at my house! He phoned me up and asked me to put it back on for him!!!The cheeky sod!!
He also said he enjoyed watching the 10min freeview of the naughty channels!!Who me
i put the ariel down to the smallest size and now he cant pick it up

Yep my mate has digi sender in his house. He has one plugged into his cable box so he can watch cable in bed and another hooked up to his DVD so he can also watch DVD's in bed. I was astounded at the picture quality - the DVD looks no different in his bedroom.
Only prob is you can only watch the cable channel that is being shown downstairs. If u want two seperate signals then u need to rent another STB. With NTL they used to be £10 but that went up a few months back to £15 per month so its quite a lot over the year.
Simon.
