Guys
Have any of you left a vehicle at a main dealers for work to be done, and found the vehicle damaged on collection.
The reason I ask is that a friend of mine has had his vehicle damaged twice at the same Ford dealers.
Does this happen at all dealers or just Ford dealers?

going back some years, i took my RST in for a gearbox warrenty claim. They had the car for 24hrs
Asked them to put the car away at night. The next day went in to collect it and it was sitting on some old tyres with the wheels missing !!!!!

I went F..king mad...

They didnt even call me to let me know what had happened !! then they refused to pay up, until i got solicitors involved.
No Courtsey car or f all !!!!

I hope your friend reported this immediately and hopefully within the premises, otherwise it could be hard to prove without photographic evidence for before and after.
Sh*t news right enough tho, I'd go fckuing ballistic.
