.....I think he is.
Put Eddie Izzard on his show!!!
Wow, does Mr Ross not like the idea of transvestites!!!!
Thoroughly enjoyable - Eddie as always outclasses the presenters of every show he appears on.
I must get his new DVD,

OMFG. Eddie Izzard is shocking. The guy is a totally unfunny freak. You must be one of a small number of people that actually enjoy his humour.

Can't stand Eddie myself. I just can't look at him without thinking "w4nker". I'm sure he is a very funny man, but cross dressing really ain't my bag.
Wossey cracks me up however

You have to appreciate that kind of sense of humour to like E.Izzard, do IGAS that some people don't??? NO.
Jen, I am envious of you seeing him live, though I do have his autograph.

My dad went to see him and got to meet him backstage - hence why I obtained an autograph.
I wonder if he is going to tour Australia? If not, then he needs to set a date in the UK inthe next few weeks ASAP.

I like Izzard. But sometimes he aint all that. The new DVD is IMHO pretty rubbish. Prob cos its a U.S. show so he has to change it slightly. However there is a french show on hte extras and thats really good.
it seems to me that whenever he goes on a interview show the questions are: (in this order)
1. You're a stand up
2. Youre a Transvestite
3. But youre not gay. (Confused look from interviewer)
4. You are politically aware.
5. Youve done shows in many countries
6. Youve done some films.
7. Ladies and Gentleman Eddie Izzard
He never does any jokes, its always far too serious. So you dont see the real EI.

I think both are very funny & talented.
I saw Eddie in Ullapool on his Highland tour a few years ago in a room of 60 people where he could hear all of the comments from the audience & react to them.
He looks up at the ceiling at the rotating ventilation fan & says - upstairs there's a Japaneese kamakazee (sp) pilot that crashed.
Meanwhile on the Scottish news he is being tiraded by the Rev. Mcleod of the wee Free.
Eddie has an amazing sharp mind & is great at suddenly thinking of something & going of at a tangent.

Ross is god - the funniest bloke on TV at the moment.
I like Izzard as a person - he has some interesting tales, dont mind his humour, but not a huge fan.

I remember seeing Eddie Izzard the first time he appeared on TV (television, in this case!! ), when he did his "wolves" routine on the Royal Variety Show, about 10 years ago.
I thought that was one of the funniest things i'd ever seen. Since then, i've seen him live three times. The first time my jaw ached from laughing so much, i was actually in pain, i had to stop listening to let my body calm down. The second time, it was funny, but not side-splitting, as a few of the routines were repeated.
The third time, at London Arena, was almost a chore. It was a huge audience, and he doesn't do that well. I still think he's amusing, but the magic and originality have gone now.
Do agree that Rossy is funny. And he's a fellow fetishist, so gets my vote for that too! And his missus, well, marks out of two...
