Terminator/Terminator 2 are absolute classics. Especially seeing T2-3D at Universal Studios (for those not in the know its a 3d cinema with real actors jumping in and out of the screen on bikes, shooting guns etc - all T2 actors are used in it and Cameron directed it) and then how they made it on the T2 Special Edition DVD. I was gutted when Cameron said he wouldnt direct Terminator 3. Arnie is the only big name left in it and tbh I dont think he can pull it off on his own - I hope Im wrong!
Other contenders:
Top Gun - corny but everyone loves it - tom cruise at his best
Bad Boys is good - smith and lawrence are an awesome combo
Platoon - classic 'nam film
Saving Private Ryan - who can ever forget the beach storm?
Matrix - gets better each time I watch it
Loads of others but my list is getting a tad long now.
Other contenders:

Watched it last night, its like Top Gun.....but more realistic!
Watched Black Hawk Down last week aswell. What a film! Best i've seen for ages, and its meant to be extremely accurate to what really happened.
BTW, see the new Bond film the other night. What a load of ****, i couldn't believe that anyones taken that film seriously.
