OK, can someone do me a big favor.

Here's a ringtone for a Nokia and siemens phone, could someone convert the info into real musical notes please.

Why? well, I have a motorola v66e, and can make ringtones with it, but I need to convert from the nokia format (which I don't know) into the motorola one.
