Dont say u dropped it unless its obvious, get it done under the warrenty.
Any Carphone warehouse will be able to sort it for u.
(might have to be sent away tho)
Or if u aint fussed about warrenties etc, any phone shop that does their own "repairs"
should be able to sort it for less than 30 sheets

simple...swap phones with your missus, then you will be heard once more and you will have the addded benefit of not having to listen to her b1tching!
