Angry

My husband had left me after 2 1/2 years of marriage, as he is jealous of his younger brother who ***** lots of girls and earns loads of money (and also still lives with his mum).

Have got through the upset phase and now need ideas for horrible revenge to commit on him. Come on scooby girls, I need your help!

If it helps, I am having to sell my Scooby to give him money.

I need to make him suffer!

Hello

Well, with that attitude, try and get back together with him. That'll make him suffer.

Thumbs down

Steve

I assume you have never had a girlfriend or been in my position. Therefore please stop trying to give people 'advice' when you don't know what you are talking about.

LOL@boxst that's excellent

@Victoria in that case you could serve him three warm meals a day to make him big fat and ugly and thus unattractive to his target group. And while he is tired from the meals play 'Fatal Attraction' and make remarks like 'not every one can be as lucky as John Wayne Bobbit'

Put simply: Do what women are best at

Hmmm, I am sure I asked for advice from girls? I take it you lot are not the ideal audience for my question. Or perhaps you are all having an identity crisis?

Serious answers only please. I have had a hard enough time recently without all this cr*p.

Victoria, the best revenge you can have is to live a better life. Meet new people and so on. BTW, are you free this saturday?

edit~ you're not my ex wife are you?

In all seriousness, just move on. Harbouring bitterness and feeling the need to get back at him is only keeping you in a place that makes you feel bad.

Move on and look back in a couple of years and think 'thank fukc for that' as I do when I look back at my lucky escape.

Either that or put an ad in a gay contact mag on your ex's behalf.

Hello Victoria

Life happens. As the person above says, move on. Why waste your energy on revenge?

And I'm not quite sure what you expect asking that kind of question on a predominantly young(ish!) male bulletin board...

Steve.

Victoria, no I don't.

Anyway like me you should just relax and have fun. Ask Rich, moses or anyone e;se on what I do. I just don't care and have fun racing in Santa Pod, beating Rich in his UK300. As long as you enjoy yourself, who cares about the other person eh?

Unfortunately I will now be driving a 1.2 Clio which does 0 to 60 in 16 seconds. I somehow doubt i would be welcome at Santa Pod!

But you'll be driving it a free woman!

Plus, they're cheap on the juice and the insurance is low!

Heh don't say that. Everyone is welcome there. Besides, I've got a score to settle with someone there. Its the 1/4 mile time that counts not the reaction time right?

Don't think there's a date yet, but no doubt they'll be another Derby meet soon. No Scoob needed... we just hit a pub (or pubs) and then go for a nice bit of grub somewhere.

Don't bother about him. Get out on the town and have some fun. Do the things that being in a couple stopped you doing. Phone all your girlfriends and organise a big night out. Maybe book a hotel and go to Edinburgh, Newcastle......anywhere that is a bit different to what you're used to. One thing I always notice about women who get into a long term relationship is that on the whole they are more likely to lose touch with their friends than the men. If/when things turn sour the women often find it harder because they don't have the same support that men do. I'm not saying this is the case for you but the point I'm trying to make is make sure that you remember the important things and concentrate on them.

If you really want to get back at him the best way is for him to see you out and about getting on with your life without him. If he sees you with another bloke then most likely it will make him jealous as hell. One thing about us men is that although we may not be with you anymore we certainly don't want to see you with another bloke......especially one younger or better looking.........although in my case this has never happened

Are you sure the relationship is beyond recovery? The reason I say this is because A lot of people take the past with them, when they move on; and that past often comes back to affect their new relationships.

Move on if you must, but think about taking professional marriage guidance to at least help you let go, and not adversly affect any future relationships. At best it may reconcile you two, and make him see that theres more to life than apparently living free and easy. At worst it will rid you of your emotional baggage so you can move on.

The truth is that he's not free, he's now trapped in a lifestyle that in spite of his bravado will ultimatley leads to a life all alone and with no choices at all.

Apart from killing him, any attempt at revenge will just cheer him up because you'll be letting him know that you still think he's the most important thing in your life.

Forget about him completely, that will hurt his ego the most.

Victoria it takes time but you'll be better off in the long run.
Don't bother with revenge as that will only show him you still care. The best thing is to get on with your life and show him that you don't need him.
If you fancy a trip in a Scooby give me a shout I'll be only too happy to take you for a blast. Good luck.

Love the way all the men in this thread are being so sympathetic and kind. Hmmm. Nothing to do with the fact that Victoria's a scoob-owning single girl, is it?
