Chant No.3 - Spandau Ballet
That was not actually by them It was around for a year or two before they added the 'chant' and released it under thier name. It was by some 'Brit Funk' act, but I forget who now.

Chant no.1 - not 3. Must've had a lapse again.

I cant remember where it came from either. 'Dont need this pressure on' - fantastic!

Cool

The League Unlimited Orchestra album was ground breaking.

The fist Tears for Fears album - Pale Shelter? - was amazingly inspired, as was the first ABC album.

Aaaaarrrrgggghhhh!!!!!!

I hate the 80's music. A musical desert IMO. I didn't even like nightclubs (discos) until the 90's came along. Maybe I'm an exception of my generation (b.1968), but my interest in music started after the acts listed here were but a memory.

Flame suit firmly zipped up...

@Jerome: You are an exemption

If music started for you after the 80ies you had no youth.

Now where is the flame thrower with "Jerome" on it?

Phew, glad I zipped my flame proof suit up...

I reluctantly concede I did like some of the music in the 80's (Gary Numan, Stranglers etc). And I did go to disco's, I just didn't venture onto the dance floor much. I'd have never pulled if I did
