Just got a T-Mobile phone a few weeks ago, and the coverage is pretty rubbish compared to Vodaphone IMHO. I bought an emergency pay as you go (vodaphone) sim, but it doesn't work in the T-Mobile phone. I don't want to carry around two mobile, so does anyone know who can unlock them in the Yate / Bristol area ?

Looks pretty complicated to me, although I have downloaded the Software and I'm sure I got a DAU-9P cable that came with Nokia data suite for the 6110 ?

Phil,

If you are going to do it yourself then only use a dedicated MBUS cable, cables such as Nokias DLR-3P are dual cables that work FBUS & MBUS but they are not much use for unlocking and can cause you to destroy the phone, I speak from experience!

Nice website and I have got the correct cable. Not to bothered if I **** the phone up trying as there are plenty more where they came from. I have got the DAU-9P lead, so gave it a try

I can't seem to connect to the phone at the moment, running XP, so I'll try on a 98 machine in a bit

Cheers Phill C

PS Thanks for all the advise
