Went on a blind date on Saturday (set up by a colleague at work) and we had a perfectly nice evening, but..........
The questions are -
a)if you got to 30mins before end of date and she suddenly pronounces she's already seeing someone - would you be pissed off?
(my colleague knew she was seeing someone, although it's 'nothing serious'!)
b)if you paid for all drinks etc and she didn't offer to buy a drink at all, would that also **** you off.
Now, it's 50/50 in the office that she did not do anything wrong regards drinks issue (I wouldn't have allowed her to buy a drink anyway, but was expecting her to offer alls the same).
What do you think?
DP.

I think she's not interested matey, no offence.
30 mins beofre the date announces she's already seeing someone - she does not fancy you.
Lets you buy all the drinks - was talked into a blind date by someone, gave in then thought sod it he can pay.
Bitter and Twisted - Moi?, No (not much)

Don't get upset at her - fair play to her for going along.
Take any frustrations out on the work colleague when you both sneak out the back for a ciggie and give him a slap from me too!

She should have offered to buy a drink, it is only polite.
Find out who she is seeing and then tell him/her she is seeing other people! (Evil moi?)
What is wrong with the spoiler on an RB5? She obviouly never saw the one on an MY01!
(Before the flames start I have an MY01 and it is my personal opinion it looks like a squashed butterfly!)

Perhaps you should have let her drive it. I'm sure she would have fallen in love with it. You may have been unnecessary baggage, but you'd probably have got a **** out of it!
Seriously though, it should have been clear from the start. The drinks thing is a difficult one. I would have offered, but I'm old and wise. I also don't like to take the pi$$. How old is this lady?

In those circs I would have taken the Sid the Sexist approach and tried for the last minute-if all else fails-there's no harm in asking- bag empty , what do you have to loose apart from your man fat?

I sent her a reply saying that I had a good time too, and did she want to do it again.
She's just replied that she does. Am I being a sucker?
DP. (oops I forgot my wallet)

I know, we're a fickle bunch. We have lots of hormones to contend with and men who don't understand us.
Why do you think we're crazy mixed up kids?
