Tell your HR person if you have one (maybe they are one and the same, doh).
Tell your boss, say you are unhappy with your current work environment, and why.
Some people are too blinkered to see they are being gits, but if pointed out, they can change.
If the above goes nowhere, resign.

Or his daughter. I got given stick by my boss down the pub. I then enquired how old his daughter was, where she went to college, where she went out at night, how *fit* she was
