i must admit there are some good chases and car stunts, but the plot and acting is dire.

if you want a decent car film get taxi or taxi2- french with subtitles - one of my all time favs.

Red face

You thought Taxi was good???? Even the car scenes were crap and were obviously sped up. F&TF must utterly dire in that case...

The sister if the big fella (Vin Deisel) is very cute, and it has a good soundtrack too.

I watched the first 5 mins of TF&TF and was put off the rest of the film.

You have a big 18 wheeler truck surrounded by Honda Civics. Now an 18 wheeler, even flat out is going to be doing, what 70mph? So it's rolling along followed by a few Trevor'd out cars, that apparently have 100-speed gear boxes and powerbands no more than a couple of hundred rpm, and need to change gear every 2 seconds just to maintain 70mph.

REV reaches for the stop button...

Thumbs up

If you want a movie with some excellent car chase scenes, I recommend Ronin.
