ParcelForce have gone and "mislaid" my brand new Sony Head Unit for my car.
First excuse from ParcelForce after hearing it had been signed for by "Left Behind Bin" (no relation to Bin Laden?) was that he'd acutally left it behind the bin. Load of Betty Swollocks as he would have had to have opened our gate to get to behind the bin, and nobody entered the front garden that night of the evening delivery. After they the story they gave me changed to "We left it at you next door neighbours house", again, complete lie as one side has been on holiday all week and the other has had no parcel delivered for us or left in the garden.
Now I have to wait until Tuesday for the replacement, well, It least it'll arrive before I leave on my 2 week driving holiday around the South West and Wales.
Anyone else had fun with ParcelForce?

Yep ParcelForce are total sh1te, paid £15 for a printer to be delivered to a mate on their '48' hour guaranteed delivery service, well if it was guaranteed why did it take effing 8 days?!

They lost a Sound Card that I bought. Claimed compensation from them . . . £20 [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img] . . . for a £150 sound card [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img]

I've had SO many problems with them that I re-named them....

I now dread buying anything mail order (or from ScoobyNet...) just for this reason.....
