Has anyone had dealings with Company called Off-line communications ltd,based at docklands,London?

they sell sim free mobs eg.8850 for £149 sim free.
they also sell cheap topup cards.

dont know if they are a reliable company and dont want to buy £100 worth of credit for a great price for it not to turn up.!!

they are meant to have a website www.off-linecommunications.com but i cant find it?
